We have a scenario very similar to that mentioned in the topic, but we realize that it occurs when the panel has many reports.
In our case, we have a dashboard with 16 reports and to open it takes completely about 40 seconds, and of these 40 seconds the opening of reports takes on average 5 seconds.
Is there any configuration I can do to optimize this load?
Note, we are using version 7.3 build 20170202.

Yes, the performance depends on the number of reports and each report taking time to load.
I want to know if the dashboard loading has worked quicker in previous versions, if Yes, how quicker were they?
You need to find out what is the time taken by each report and add the time to run the dashboard tab. If you have at-least 1 long running report out of 16 even though the 15 reports are quicker, it will still hinder the performance of dashboard loading because of 1 long running report. So, we need to keep in mind about the time taken by each report to load.
If you have 20 reports on the dashboard tab A and if it runs quicker than the dashboard tab B with 16 reports, that means there are reports on tab B which takes longer time to load, find the slow running report and avoid it if you can.
Unfortunately we don't have anything to configure which can optimize the load, we need to try to find the long running report and see if you can avoid it or make a simpler report out of it to the dashboard.
Can I access your Yellowfin on internet to do some testing? If Yes, please create a temporary id and email me the details on a new community Ticket.
Please let me know if you have any questions or your findings.

Hi Nancy,
Thanks for your post.
Wondering since when are they facing this issue?
Have they done any changes to the Dashboard like adding new reports or adding any source filters?
Can you please find out and let me know?
I will look into this and will respond you next week.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
