Dashboard Tab in 9.1 automatically drops down - Change

In version 9.1 when viewing a Dashboard, the dashboard tab will automatically drop down showing additional content when hovering over... This did not happen in earlier versions.
We can see a downward arrow, we wish to have this a clickable option so that it shows all content. We do not want for this to automatically down down when hovering over.
Everywhere else in YellowFin 9.1 this is not how it works. When I go to Administration > Admin Config for example all options show the downward arrow but are not opened by default. When you click on it the content (menu or not) is shown. Otherwise it would be a very busy screen.
