custom header for records per per page

Hey Kevin,

Just want to confirm here on what the client is wanting;

Are we talking about that report option above? There is nothing displayed on the report output that references 'records per page', so I want to ensure I'm not missing anything.

If it's the option above, changing it to 'Records' would actually be misleading, as the above options only applies to 'per page' , where as the active limit will impact the number of rows returned in the report.

So the customer wants to have a heading that will tell the user that these are a number of records per page for example “Records: - 20/107229 ”
