Custom css added to patch/updater installation directories

We can add custom styles to Yellowfin by creating css and image files and adding them to appropriate directories with the main/full installer, however this can't be done with the update/patch installer, it would appear we are limited.
The Wiki does not make this clear.
I like this idea
