Creating a view based on a Stored Procedure
Answered
Hi,
I'm trying to create a view based on a stored procedure but when I click add view there is no stored procedure option available. Is there a specific type of procedure that is required to be able to be accessed by Yellowfin? My procedure is pretty simple select statement and when I run it in SQL I get the desired results. There aren't even any parameters on it yet.
Thanks,
Charlie
I've found the solution. The SQL database user didn't have execute permissions on the schema so nothing was available to be executed.

Hi Charlie,
Good find and glad to hear its working, I will close this off but make note of that in case future clients face that same problem!

Nathan
