Create content folder web-service call

Currently you can get and delete content folders through web-services, but there is no call to create these.

It would be nice to have one.

Hi Lex,

While this in our roadmap, I cannot confirm exactly when though will ensure to update you as soon as it's available.

There is a large focus on integration with the next few releases, along with supporting documentation (a.k.a dev wiki) though until then I can't provide much more of an update sorry.
