While we do want to implement this feature in the future, it's something that has yet to be planned or allocated so an ETA cannot be provided.
However, you can be assured we also agree this is an extremely useful feature and something we do want to implement.

the community portal looks really great! I will let you know if I have more feedback when using it more often.
One first question: While setting up my profile I have seen the menue entry "My Tickets". Is it planned or already possible to connect all our open Task IDs (bugs/enhancements) to my community profile? This would be a great help. I am currently gathering the status of all our tickets within my own mindmap which I have to update manually.

Sebastian, thanks for joining the community. Great question around the ticket functionality. Currently we have decided not to turn this functionality on so we can focus on the general posting of questions, problems, and ideas. Once we have this functionality running smoothly we would like to consider turning on the ticket functionality so we can centralize the support process. We also have the ability to turn on live chat, but this too is down the road.
