Yes it does appear to be possible in Yellowfin 9.6:

Yes it is getting saved but when I applied accessFilter to stored procedure parameter and trying to retrieve it in s.p it is not getting

Do you get an error message for the stored procedure, or does it just not work at all? Do other, more simple access filter values work with the stored procedure?

Could you also send over a couple of screenshots of what you're trying to achieve, please.
