Browse page missing Names after upgrade to 8.0.8 or 9.4

After upgrading to 8.0.8 or 9.4 a user is missing all content names when looking at the Browse page in list view:

To resolve this issue, simply go to Administration->Admin Console->Roles and then open the role for that user and click Save (you do not need to make any changes to the role). This will bring back the names when you return to the Browse page.
