ADDORUPDATEUSER Web Service Request

Hi,

We need new web-service call/function ADDORUPDATEUSER.

Request you to create ADDORUPDATEUSER for us.

Function Details :-

It will first check user is present in the system. if user not present then it will add the user else it will update the user.

& It will accept bulk/list of users as input.

This is required for the performance optimization.
