BMC | ShareStory | VIEWSTORY is not working/redirecting to story

Hi,


For Story, Report, Dashboard, StoryDashboard We follow different workflow.

We will redirect to our servlet generate login token and redirect back to reporting.

Report share is working with following URL

http://clm-pun-021769:8181/logon.i4?LoginWebserviceId=927d51819e8e70315beb56b5772be68a&entry=VIEWREPORT&reportUUID=dd7a8268-ab93-46ff-a012-d0e5168f5d54&primaryOrg=1&clientOrg=13017&protocol=http


Similarly story share is not working/redirecting to particular story.

Hi Sagar,

Thanks for reaching out with the issue you're facing.

In regards to this item I've referenced our Wiki page on the 'ENTRY' parameter for session options as it pertains to SSO calls. Please see below the available options:

I feel adding VIEWSTORY to this list is a great candidate for an Idea, and thus have converted this over for review as a potential Enhancement Request. I'll keep this post updated with further information regarding this.

This should be available as of 8.0.1, available today.

The new entry parameter is: 

entry=VIEWSTORY
