Apply Reference Code Custom Sort to Filter Cache List

Please allow the ability to sort a cached list of values (on a report filter) by the custom sort set on the reference code. Right now they only sort by data value, not by the custom sort value. (v7.4.6)

Thanks for reaching out. Unless I'm missing something I believe this is already a possibility.
If you click on Format > Edit for the corresponding field with your reference codes, set the Format to Reference Code and choose your Reference Type then go to Edit:
You can turn on Custom Sort:
Then head into Values tab and Sort how you'd wish. Here I made Australia and Austria a value of 1, while the rest are 0, so it now appears at the bottom of list (after saving and re-opening):
Now these two values are now at the bottom of my filter value list:
Might this have been what you're looking for? If not, please let me know how my set-up differs.

Sorry for the delay, our firewall keeps blocking foreign emails.
I see that my issue was not selecting the "Reference Codes" option in the Entry Style section of the filter formatting screen. I think the default might be Cached Values; which, at first glance, appears to be what I want.
So my issue was simply not paying attention to what I was doing. I'm good now.

I am trying to implement sorting by reference codes in a prompt, but I don't see the "Reference Codes" entry style as a format option in 8.0.1. Is this feature still available?
