Apply global filters to a story

I am using stories with multiple reports, which are filtered (e.g. to select a certain date). Right now, I would have to change the filter for each report in the story separately, which means there is a risk of missing one of the filters.
Could a global filter be added to stories?

Just to get some clarity on what you're saying here, do you mean this to work in a similar way to how linked filters work in Dashboards currently?
Where Yellowfin will link filters usually in an automatic and smart way so that different reports will show the same data?

Yes, that is what I would like to see ideally. Even linking these filters by hand would help, though

Thanks, Casper, for clarifying. I've gone ahead and created an enhancement for this idea. If other members of the Yellowfin Community see this post they can vote for it to offer their support. Hopefully we'll see this in a future version of Yellowfin!
