Allow the inside of each section to have "records per page"

We have quite a large number of rows per section, and would like to have a records per page for each section.
This will help with page load times.
At the moment Records per page is removed when your report contains sections. This option below is missing:

Yup this is something that was raised in the past, though it's yet to be planned.
