Allow Dimensions in Tool Tips section for Charts with Time Series enabled

If you create a line chart, put a date in Horizontal Axis, and a couple metrics in the Vertical Axis then try to add something like Day of the Week (translated to a number) or Dimension, you can't add them (Tooltip Unsupported for Metric/Data Type Not Supported for Dimension, respectively).
This is when Time Series is set to either 'Default' or 'On', but if you turn Time Series 'Off', even though you still see the Data Type Not Supported message for the Dimension while hovering over the Tool Tip section you can actually drop it in and the Dimensions properly display in the Chart.
I don't see why you shouldn't be able to add a Dimension Tool Tip in Time Series-enabled Charts.
