Allow customizable data labels in line charts

It would be nice if we could customize data labels on line charts. For example:
- only show labels for a single series
- only show labels for high/low points in a series
- apply conditional formatting to labels
The current functionality (show all labels or not) works okay for line charts with one or two series, but quickly becomes visually problematic in charts with many series - especially when the styling of various series can be controlled with conditional formatting but the labels can't.
