Add vertical alignment to Dashboard components

Currently, Dashboard elements can only be aligned on the horizontal axis. A great inclusion would be the ability to align content on the vertical axis as well.
I like this idea

Mark here from the EMEA region. Simon no longer works for Yellowfin, of which I will be managing this going forward.
Looking at the status of this, I can see that no movement has been put in place, however I will have this chased up and discussed externally.
