Add toggle to only display Tooltip Total as in 7.3, instead of breakdown plus Total

Just noticed this one after our upgrade where the chart tooltips show all the 0 values as below

7.3 didn't break down the parts that made up the total in the Tool Tip, it just gave you the overall Total, you can still see the '0' values featured in the chart:

I think this makes sense because it's still technically a part of the % of Total calculation, but it's messy when there's a lot of 0's for sure. I've submitted an enhancement request to add a toggle to revert back to the 7.3 method of just displaying the total instead of breaking it down as it does in 7.4.
Any potential updates regarding this will be posted here.
