Add the Ablility to Broadcast Conditional Format Icons in HTML and DOCX formates

When broadcasting a report with conditionally formatted icons included they are not carried over if the broadcast is HTML or DOCX but the recipient is left with the conditional text formatting.

We would like to see these Icons included in HTML and DOCX Broadcasts in future versions of yellowfin.

I have tested and confirmed that this behavior is present and have gone ahead and raised this as an enhancement request to our development team.
