Add option to exclude global filter from bookmark

Hi,I'd like the ability to exclude specific filters from saved bookmarks. I have dashboards where I have custom controls set up to select dates, for example, so I'd like the ability to exclude filters that are hidden from the user/UI from dashboard bookmarks and control the default state of these filters via custom code.
