Add Horizontal Filter Lists

Hello,

We would like the ability to have our Dashboard Filter Lists to be rendered horizontally.

Currently we are only able to render these lists vertically.

This has been logged internally as an enhancement and has been slated for our 9.4 release.

I will be sure to let you know when the build with this functionality is released.
