Add Bookmarks to Embedded Presentations

In Yellowfin there is a bookmark on the slide in the filter panel, which I have discovered displays as long as you don't hide the control panel
Except it disappears in the embedded mode!
I would just want this bookmark feature for the current user - not the ability to make them public.
