Add ability to Join on Parameters

If you create a report with sub-queries and parameters, you can add the parameter to the main query, but you won't see it in the join list when configuring the join for the sub-query. You also can't drag the parameter into the sub-queries filter section with the following message:

/88cefcb5d4833fa51ebce7cb94e2d2ab

This indicates this is expected behavior, but we'd like to use this functionality to "hot swap" values. This works when there's one main query, but not when there are sub-queries.
