Add a Smart Task email notification option

Dear Team,
I am creating a smart task and it is getting executed, but it is not sending notifications on the email / inbox.
Can you please let me know what could be the problem?

Thanks for reaching out.
I can confirm no confirmation e-mail is sent when a Smart Task Broadcast is sent and it's not nested under any of these options:
As such, I've gone ahead and logged an enhancement request for this. Any potential updates regarding this will be posted here.
