Add a "Show Total" option for each field on a report

Enable the Total, on a per field/column basis to be hidden or for the Text (again on a per field basis) to be formatted as ‘transparent’ so as not to show on screen or printed/PDF reports.

I have another Tick/Idea asking for something very similar - to have full formatting for each Column for Totals and Sub Totals - whilst we are at it - might as well add Headers as well

This idea/enhancement has now been completed and is available in 7.4.11 and will be available in 8.0.4 once released.
