Ability to have an SMTP server setting for each org

Hi Team,
We have multiple clients within the one database – currently this equates to two separate customers, therefore we need to configure two different mail servers.
Each customer has their own mail server and due to Privacy issues, will not allow emailing from any other server other than their own.
The mail server can only be configured in the Global settings, which only allows for one mail server only.
It would be a great idea if we were able to configure more than one SMTP mail server. Such as one for each client org.
