Ability to choose report export file type when choosing to email long running report

With slow running reports, an option pops up if you want to email it instead:

This is great.. however there is no way to choose the file format, so the report is sent as HTML, and if that report is large (which is why it's slow) you end up with a massive email, or an email that fails to send due to mail server size limits.


We need a way to change the file type either on this menu, or via an admin default etc..

Hello Simon,


We want to send the Long Running report as a CSV or xlsx attachment when we select the Email option in pop-up comes in the Design/output page.

This is desperately needed. HTML sends are not acceptable for someone running large reports. It should be in .xlsx so that it includes tabular data and images/charts. Also, a user should be able to select between multiple formats when using this functionality, much like they are able to with shares and broadcasts.
