Change pointer cursor icon for non-interactive reports

I am looking to change the pointer cursor icon when highlighting over areas of YF that are not interactive.

As it stands, highlighting over certain areas of YF we see the pointer cursor icon in the form of a hand with the index pointing, this cursor tends to relate to something that is clickable or interactive.

I like this idea 0
