Save to Disk - Add a folder that can be written to in the appserver folder

There is a use case to allow outputting to to the /appserver/webapps/ROOT folder via the Save to Disk broadcast feature, which is normally prevented.
If a specific folder could be created here which can be written to, users will be able to access files saved to this location via a Yellowfin URL.
