Extend BigQuery Data Source Parameters

Hi,

In order to get our BigQuery data source to work, we needed to use the Generic JDBC connection, since the parameter options in the BigQuery data source are very limited.

We needed to add up two:

EnableSession → EnableSession=1
Location → Location=europe-west1

At least the location is a must to support non-US based BigQuery data sets. It would be great to get at least those two parameters into the BigQuery Data Source UI dialog.

Maybe it would be good to add an additional URL-parameter field to all Data Sources where one can add any JDBC URL parameter in a free text format?
