If Yellowfin successfully starts, then after using Yellowfin it shuts down, this is another issue that will need to be worked on with a member of the Yellowfin team, post a private ticket and one of our team will outline the needed details.
In order to identify the actual cause you will need to first identify the following items with a member of the Yellowfin team:
- When did this issue start? E.g. New Install, Server reboot or upgrade.
- How is Yellowfin started?
- Mac OS X - Startup
- Windows Service
- Yellowfin Log files will need to be sent out way (Yellowfin\appserver\logs) are needed to identify the underlying cause and rectify.
