Why cant I edit a report?

For some reason I cannot edit certain reports from the browse page

In order to Edit a report, all of the following must be true


  1. User role: not guest and has report “Update” ability
  2. Is report private? If so, is does this user or user group have edit access?
  3. Does the view have restricted columns? If so, does this user have access to those?
  4. Is the user currently in the same client organization as the report was created in?
  5. Does the user’s access level to the content folder match or exceed the action they are trying to perform on the content (UPDATE)?
  6. Is the report’s view public?
  7. If not, does this user have at least UPDATE level access?
