I hope all is well,
The only options we have when it comes to "permissions" for dashboards are as follows:
Option 1
When saving Dashboard we have the below option:
Option 2
Within the Dashboard Management section we have the "Dashboard Access & Subscribers" option, see this wiki link explaining more: http://wiki.yellowfin.com.au/display/USER73/Dashboard+Management
Option 3
Within the Role Management we have options to tick/untick certain functions.
