Hey guys!

Just wondering when the last build for 7.1 will come out. If you don't have an exact date could you please tell me the expected quarter?

Thanks!

P.S. Looking forward to seeing where this Community will go :)

Hi Simon,

Thanks for the post. At this stage there is no "end date" as such for 7.1, however once 7.2 comes out only critical bug fixes will be implemented in 7.1 and no enhancements will be added in 7.1. These enhancements will instead be added into 7.2.

Critical fixes for 7.1 should continue to be supported for months/years to come.

Kind Regards,

Cadell.

Hi Cadell,

Thanks for the quick reply! One more question regarding this: do you have a definition / example of a 'critical bug fix'?

Hi Simon,

No problems.

The official definition of "Critical" from our support offerings doc is as follows:

S1 (Business Critical): Workflow stoppage affecting the majority of users or critical system

functions defined as cannot login or any error that stops the system from functioning. End user

workflow and success has been halted.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Cadell

Simon,

We have also just updated our Support Policies document, click here to review, that has the latest end of life product schedule towards the end of the document. We update this document when we have any new major release that will impact support for older versions. As Cadell outlines we have a few years yet for 7.1. Thanks.
