Hi Pushpal,
I hope all is well,
Unfortunately the option to change the colour within the Waterfall Chart is not yet possible although we currently have an Enhancement Request in place for this under the Task ID: 83592
I can't give an ETA on this but hopefully soon we can have this implemented within an upcoming release.
