Username/Password Database
Answered
Is there a way to configure Yellowfin to use a different database for login credentials? I'm setting up SSO and would like to streamline the usernames and passwords to one DB so I don't have to update 2 application's users and passwords. Is this possible?
Thanks
Hi Tim,
yes Yellowfin supports SSO and you can find out more about this in the following documentation:
http://wiki.yellowfin.com.au/display/USER74/Single+Sign-On
and just in case it might be of some use to you, LDAP authentication is also supported:
http://wiki.yellowfin.com.au/display/USER74/LDAP+Authentication
Hope this information helps you, and if there are any further questions then please don't hesitate to ask.
regards,
David
