Use Drill Anywhere on a Field that joins Subqueries as a Dynamic Filter

In the case of a Report with a subquery, I want the ability to use Drill Anywhere on the field that joins the queries in order to act as a Dynamic Filter on the Report. This would enable the user to see results of multiple queries within one Report, with much more ease. An example of this is provided in the screenshot attached, where it would be useful to be able to apply Drill Anywhere to the field that joins the two queries in order to show the different invoiced amounts between 2013 and 2014, filtered by Agency Regions and using different measures.
