Upgraded to 7.2 and missing some of the new features

Just upgraded to 7.2, and looking for the new 'Plugin Management' area.
I am a system admin, and should have access to everything, why can I not see this?

To gain access to this area of 7.2 after an upgrade, you will need to manually enable this role function.See screenshot below:
The reason why it's disabled after an upgrade, is security related.
With every new role function implemented, we need to keep it disabled with upgrades, as we need to ensure client environments are not changed after the upgrade.
It's to stop all the users in the system having functions turned on, as some should not have such access.
E.g. You could end up with a report consumer with some admin functionality.
Please note, you may also need to enable the following functions;
