Snapshot Button Missing

I cannot see the snapshot button on any of my reports. I've enabled the bookmark/snapshot option under my role. I've logged-out and logged-in. There are no access filters on the reports I'm looking at. Is there anything else I need to check? When I click on the bookmark icon, all I get is Save As, and Create Bookmark.

Hi Jason,

Yes there is something else you should check, for the Snapshot option to be available the folder that the report is stored in must be configured to Keep Historical Versions rather than Current Version Only:

If I turn on history, does the system keep a copy of all reports that are run, or just the ones where you click the snapshot button?

Hi Jason,

Content Folders -> Report Version History will save all reports in that folder for as long as you configure it to.
