Should we add the tooltip in each column to define what does this column means in the report ?

Hi Shashvat,
If I'm interpreting your question correctly, this is more of a general question on the philosophy of report creation. You can certainly create tooltips, but they're for charts rather than your data table. If you like, after creating a report, you can add commentary to the report if you want to provide a greater description of its use.
