Schedule filter refresh in client orgs

Hello,

We have the following problem.

We create reports in the default org, which are then used in a multi-tenant fashion from the client-orgs. Now we can set the filter values to be refreshed in the general filter formating settings like this, when editing the report.

04refreshSchedule

For the default-org that works great. But we did not find a way to set this schedule for each of the client-orgs. Ther we only have the option to manually refresh the filter lists, when opening the report.

Is there a way to create a schedule in the client-orgs, too?

Best regards,

Ingo

Good Afternoon Ingo,

Hope you are well,

I have been looking in to your question and I have tested this on my Instance of Yellowfin, I can confirm that if you schedule the filter refresh at the Default Org level this will then filter down through the client org's. I have tested this on the most recent release.

if you do have any further questions please feel free to contact us.

Thanks

Adam

Just to be sure, you are saying there should be a schedule for the filter in each client org, or the schedule in the default-org runs for each client-org, too?

What version did you test with?

Hi Ingo,

I can confirm that the schedule in the default org should filter the changes to the client orgs. I was doing this testing on the 20160223

Thanks

Adam
