Role Wise Dashboard configuration?

Hi yellow-fin Team,


While i created one role, under this role i created 2 users.

And i created 2 dashboards in one user ,i need same 2 dashboards will come default in user2 ,

Is it possible?

Hi Mounika,


Yes, you can get those 2 Dashboards for user2, if the Dashboards are public.

How to add a Dashboard?

Click on Browse for Dashboards -> Choose the Dashboard and open it -> You will see a Add button on the Dashboard Tab -> Click Add to add that Dashboard.

For testing - > Logout of Yellowfin and relogin, now you should see the dashboard tabs which you have added.

Thanks for your response,

yes i done up to what ever you guide,but i don't want add again in user 2

once i added in user 1 those dashboard want come automatically user 2 with out adding.

Is it possibe.

Hi Mounika,


If you want it add dashboard automatically, you can do it by adding the user as a subscriber.
