Reports are not appearing in the browse tab, unless the activity stream button is pressed

Hi,


I have 2 users where they cannot see the reports unless they press on the "i" (activity stream) button.


Both were experiencing this issue using IE. After I switched them over to Chrome, it fixed the issue for 1 of the users. The other user is still experiencing this issue in Chrome.


Is there a setting which causes this issue?

Hi Kenny,

I suspect this to be a web browser issue relating to the zoom percentage, we actually have a defect raised on this (Task ID: 228104). Going through our Change Logs I can confirm that within the release of the 20160701 build, we corrected this issue:

[228104] Fix a Chrome UI issue where the Browse page wouldn't display correctly when the browser window was zoomed or unzoomed.

Can you just confirm what version/build you are using as this sounds very familiar to this issue that was brought to our attention.

Hi Mark,


We re-installed Chrome and this fixed the issue. We didn't record the version number of Chrome before the re-installation, but it is now on version 54.0.2840.71 m (64-bit).


Our Yellowfin version: 7.2 (20160524)

Thank you for getting back to me regarding this issue. I am pleased that the latest version of Google Chrome has since resolved this. I will now go ahead and mark this case as "Answered"
