Hello
I want to change the summary position (from above) to the left side of the report.
How it is possible?

In the report summary menu, the top left there is a settings button click on that and inside settings is a toggle switch to change it from top to side.

As Chad has pointed out (thanks, Chad!) there is a way to switch this setting in the Summary panel on the final step of the report builder. Please see the below screenshot:
