Query to update Footer text

Hi Shahul,

Thank you for reaching out to us on this. If the Foot Text has been created globally at the default org (via Admin Console->Content Settings->Reports->Styles->Header and Footer), then if you change the text at the default org, you will be asked if you want the changes to apply to client orgs (similar to the image below) and at which point you choose Yes and ensure all client orgs are selected for the change.

Please let me know if this works for your situation.

Thanks for clarifying, but the same process should apply. If you modify the Email Template footer at the Default org you will be presented with the option to update any/all client orgs:
