Option to delete files while patching/upgrading Yellowfin

While upgrading an application from older > newer release, on occasions some of the jars are needed to be replaced with the newer version or also needed to be completely removed from the application.
In such cases, there should be an option to delete such older files whilst patching/upgrading.
