Prevent a report from being saved with the same name

Is there a way to prevent a user from naming a report with the same name as an existing report?

Hi Gadi,
I hope all is well,
This can be done by navigating to Administration > Content Settings > Report Settings > Builder Settings - We then need to select what option we want from the options giving within the "Unique Report Names" section.
OFF - Reports can be saved with any name, even if another report exists with the same name.
WARNING - Reports can be saved with any name, but a warning will be shown if another report exists with the same name.
ON - Reports can not be saved with the same name as another report.
