Option for more tooltip aggregation values than SUM

Client is asking for the ability to choose the tooltip aggregation for chart fields that already have an aggregation applied.
E.g. the column #! patients has the value 21 for each row.
When building a chart, setting the aggregation type in the tooltip has no effect.
The tooltip still displays the total: 168, rather than the average, min or max value, i.e. 21, no matter which is chosen.
I like this idea
