Number of records for different qualification in chart
Dear experts,
I have to dig deeper into documentation and some videos to learn more. but for this i need some fast help which I would relly appreciate.
I have a Table with data lets say like these:
Column1 - NameofServer
Column2 - OS
Column3 - RAM
Column4 - Expiration
Column5 - Color
Now I'd like to prepare a chart (pie or Column) where will be:
- pie part or column - number of server where OS is linux
- pie part or column - number of server with ram 32GB
- pie part or column - number of server with Expiration value Expired
If I click on such Bar or Pie Part the table with filtered entries of that qualification should be displayed.
I don't think this is a special requirement. However I don't see the option to generate such different summaries (so to get number of entries for each qualification) and then in second step I don't see the option to define a chart with such different summaries :(

Thanks for contacting Yellowfin!
To do this, you'd probably want to create 3 different pre-filtered drill-through reports, each showing one of the data points above with a chart for each and then arrange them on a dashboard. For each report you would add in the relevant filter, such as OS = Linux, and then create a chart around that. Once they're on the dashboard, clicking on each chart would drill-through (you can customise this to pop up a table of data) and show you the relevant information.
