Our customer is using Microsoft EWS and would like to know what details to enter in the mailbox for Microsoft EWS

I understand that Microsoft EWS is Exchange Web Services. Are you asking what settings to use for Yellowfin's email settings?

Hi Vandana,

Yellowfin email settings are found via the Administration Console -> Email Settings -> Outgoing Mail Server.

The server itself will be something you provide. There's no capability for incoming email, but if you need authentication, be sure to click on the SMTP Authentication toggle in Yellowfin and provide the account details.
